Wind in the Willows at the Botanical Gardens
Melbourne and Sydney’s favourite family entertainment continues its well-loved tradition of bringing the animals home to the Royal Botanic Gardens for summer. The play takes place in the gardens, with BYO food and drinks, making it a fun night out for the whole family. The witty script and song writing will have the adults belly laughing along with the kids. Pop Up at the House
As part of the Summer at the House program, the Surry Hills cantina is pumping our tacos and margaritas on the harbour for the next few weeks. You can get dangerously delicious jalapeno margaritas and terrific tacos by the tray full. If you’re looking for a more sophisticated spot, you can head upstairs to The Cove cocktail and champagne bar which has been styled for the soon-to-be-released The Great Gatsby. Both bars will be open until 28 January, so don’t miss out!
Flickerfest, renowned as Sydney¹s first outdoor beachside cinema, has kicked off the summer movie season under the stars at Bondi Beach in 2013 from 11th-20th January, screening the best short films from Australia and the world, with the winners having a chance to nominate for the Oscars.
