Mexican beef and black bean dip recipe ...

Mexican beef bean dip Hosting a party and want to wow your guests with a dip that tastes like desire? Well you have stumbled across the perfect recipe.

What you need

  • Can of black beans, rinsed
  • 100g of minced beef
  • 1 cup of salsa
  • ½ - 1 cup of grated cheese
  • Half a cup of sour cream
  • 2 shallots thinly sliced
  • Jalapenos (optional)

What you need to do

  • Preheat the oven to about 160 degrees
  • Brown the mince in a pan on medium heat and once cooked, add the beans and salsa, stir and cook for about 5 minutes
  • Place mixture in an shallow, oven proof bowl, cover the dip with cheese and place it in the oven for about 15 minutes
  • While the dip is cooking, mix the sour cream and shallots in bowl
  • Once the cheese has melted on the dip remove it from the oven (depending on your oven you might want to wack the dip under the grill for a couple of minutes)
  • Lather the sour cream over the dip and serve with corn chips
  • Listen to your friends “mmmmmmmm” with delight
